有一种人，总想轻轻松松，泡泡美剧、大片，英语能力也就能刷刷刷地往上窜，可惜想法很美好，现实却超骨感，当姿势不对时，差之毫厘，缪之千里，你以为我说的是你吗？不是，我说的是曾经的自己，只不过，恰巧你有可能和我有点像，后来也想明白了，也不能太怪自己，据心理学研究，过于自责会有碍心身健康。嗯，这不怪我，都怪导演埋“沟”太强大，比如说电影《极寒之城》，随着剧情的铺开，让我的情绪张力十足、加上炫酷特技，稍不留神就被它忽悠瘸了，两眼死盯着中文字幕，生怕漏掉点什么。“小我”早已乐不思蜀，陶醉其中而不自知，那感觉，倍爽，这电影真好看啊，嗯，看是看完了，但结果，好像和自己的初衷相去甚远。

随着时间的推移，我也渐渐摸到了点“门道”：

其实就三步：

第一、挑一部自己感兴趣的电影，一帧一帧地看

第二、看到自己觉得好的台词（生活中能用得到的），就马上【按暂停键】，用早准备好的小本本记下来（我的公众号里有现成的）

第三、花时间“刻意练习”这些句子，最好能录下来

我的神，卖药滴，说穿了，真就是这么简单

关键是，自己有没有“上帝视角”，来看待【看电影学英语】这件事，不然真的只是纯享受去了，但话又说回来，自己懂英语看和不懂看，享受的区别还是挺大的

很多人说，英语是工具，我不否认它具备工具的属性，但在《遥远的救世主》中，丁元英说了这么一句话：“有道无术尚可求，有术无道止于术”

自己在英语的学习上还没有长足的进步时，也许真的是自己没有站着一个更高维的视角去思考，认知尺度不够大

现在，英语在我的眼里，它是一把让我能打开另一个世界大门、进入一个完全不同的体系中去的钥匙，想通了这个，回到学英语本身，对我的学习是超乎想象的帮助的

俗话说“罗马不是一天建成的”，但有的人一出生就在罗马，英语作为第二语言，但很庆幸身处在互联网如此发达的“学习时代”，找准自己的正确学习姿势，不急于求成，慢即是快，总有达成愿望的一天

不过方法毕竟只是方法而已，用了就有用，没用就没用
