" 文/王心 " 父母的道歉是对孩子的尊重和理解 “女儿，对不起；我不应该干涉你太多，以前是我不对，我跟你说声抱歉。以后我会尊重你的选择，让你做想做的事情。” 早上六点多，我打开手机，收到了妈妈发来的语音信息。内心很激动，也很开心。 前一天晚上和妈妈通电话，她再次提出让我去参加相亲，我很不耐烦，加上自己又有一些烦恼，于是一股脑地把内心对她的不满发泄出来。控诉她干涉我太多，总是想要安排我的生活。 妈妈很惊讶，等她反应过来之后立刻反击，“既然这样，以后都不管你了，管你又嫌弃我烦人。”说完之后妈妈就挂了电话。 发泄完情绪的我顿时觉得自己仿佛做错了事情，可是内心又知道不能再让父母干涉我的生活了，这次不能再让步，内心忐忑的我一夜无眠。 结果一觉醒来，我收到了妈妈发来的道歉。那一刻，心里七上八下的我终于可以安心了。 远在千里的妈妈不知道她的“对不起”对我而言是多么的重要。 以前父母总是把我当小孩看待，什么事情都想要插一手，殊不知他们的做法却让我感到很压抑。 我知道他们的出发点是为我好，可是正因为这种想法却让我有口难言。这次的冲突让妈妈意识到自己的错误做法，并且经过彻夜反思，最后承认了自己的错误。 我很开心，因为父母真正地做到尊重我，理解我。 《原生家庭》这本书中有句话——父母一辈子都在等待孩子说谢谢，而孩子一辈子都在等待父母说一声对不起。 其实，孩子等待父母的对不起，只不过是想要让父母尊重他们，理解他们。 " " 父母做错不肯道歉 亲子关系僵硬 2010年中国预防青少年犯罪研究会主持的“全国未成年犯抽样调查”结果显示，42.3%的孩子表示“恨过自己的父母”，排名前三位的原因分别是“不让我做自己想做的事情”（50.7%）； “不理解我”（46.6%）；“不关心我的心理感受”（45.6%）。 " 对照组普通中学生（925人）恨父母的比例为（24.7%），排在前三位的原因与未成年犯相同。 这三个原因反映了糟糕的亲子关系都是因为父母缺乏对孩子的尊重和理解。正因为父母没有意识到自己对孩子的尊重和理解的缺乏，才导致了家庭矛盾的频发以及问题少年的产生。 知乎上有一个问题：父母做错事该不该向孩子道歉? 网友们的回答是“该”。有的网友说父母从小到大就是家里的权威，孩子做错事，不管什么原因，先开骂，然而等到父母自己犯错了，他们却闭口不谈，不愿意拉下面子跟孩子说对不起。 另外的网友则说因为父母做错事，父母不肯向他道歉，然后他就跟父母进行了冷战，他很痛苦，父母总是教导自己犯错就要承认错误，向人道歉，为什么轮到父母犯错，他们却不承认错误并且道歉呢？ 是啊，凭什么孩子犯错就要立刻让他们向你道歉，你犯错了却诸多借口，想要各种搪塞混过去呢。 可是孩子也是一个独立的个体啊，他有自己的尊严和想法，他也渴望得到他人的尊重和理解，尤其是来自父母的尊重和理解。 父母的死不认错态度却让孩子伤透了心，拒绝与父母进行对话，也把孩子逼得逃离这个家。 可怕的不是孩子对父母的身体接触抗拒，而是心灵上的抗拒。一旦孩子关闭与父母进行沟通的心灵桥梁，再次打开它却需要很长很长的时间。 " " 父母勇敢道歉 亲子关系良好 去年超火的家庭类型电视剧《小欢喜》里面，因为父母都忙于工作，季杨杨从小在舅舅身边长大，后来父亲季胜利调职回北京，对于父亲的归来和管教，季杨杨特别不适应。 " 因为方一凡表情包的事件，季胜利要求季杨杨宣读检讨道歉，季杨杨拒绝，还当面让季胜利下不来台。于是季胜利情急之下打了杨杨一巴掌。 愤怒之下的季杨杨去酒店开房，叫上好友一起聊天喝酒，模仿自己的家长行为。赶来找孩子的季胜利当着其他家长和孩子的面前，当众向季杨杨鞠躬道歉。 他说：“杨杨，今天当着叔叔阿姨的面，我也正式给你道个歉，我昨天不应该打你，我很后悔。爸爸错了，请你原谅爸爸。” " 听完父亲的道歉，季杨杨把毛巾盖在头上痛哭。 这一瞬间，孩子的委屈得到了安抚。季杨杨也开始尝试着和父亲好好地相处。 《少年说》里李泽成因为文理分科的问题和父母产生分歧导致吵架，两个月的时间都没有和妈妈说话。李泽成希望妈妈理解他的想法，也希望能够和妈妈好好地交流。 听完孩子的诉求之后，李泽成妈妈当着所有人的面前向孩子鞠躬道歉，并且保证以后会尊重他的每一项选择，父母会支持你。听到妈妈错了这句话的时候，李泽成的眼眶湿润了，最后他选择原谅妈妈，并且向妈妈道歉。 " 采访李泽成妈妈的时候，她说：“人人都是平等的，不管是家长也好，儿子也好，错了就错了，对了就对了，我们错了我们就认识错误，我们继续改正，我觉得这是一件很正常的事。这是我们应该认识到的，应该做的一件事情。” 正如李泽成妈妈所说，父母犯错对孩子道歉，这不是一件难为情的事情。 " " 爱孩子 请你从学会给孩子道歉开始 《道歉的力量》一书写道，道歉其实是一种很神奇的力量，它能化解矛盾，增强关系，提升美丽，但很多人都没有意识到。 当父母意识到道歉的力量时，他们才学会跟孩子道歉，化解与孩子产生的矛盾，改善亲子关系。 然而，仍然有很多父母没有这种意识，即使有些父母意识到了却不肯道歉。 父母一次又一次的拒绝认错和拒绝道歉，只会让小孩渐渐地失去对父母的认可和信任，最后导致孩子叛逆，亲子关系紧张，甚至酿成大祸。 爱孩子，从学会说对不起开始。 因此，我们有以下三点建议: 首先，父母应该要保持言行一致，既然自己让孩子有错就认，有错就改，自己也要做好榜样； 其次，还要学会尊重孩子，不能因为他们还小就觉得自己都是对的，他们都是错的； 最后，理解孩子，尝试换位思考，想一想自己如果遭遇同样的事情，他们的感受是怎么样的。 权威，面子，孩子，什么是最重要的？我想各位父母心里应该很清楚。 一句对不起，包含的是父母对孩子的尊重和理解。 " 作者简介：王心，富书专栏作者，90后，长期发奋，偶尔懒散，想写舒心的文字；本文首发富书少年，版权归富书所有，未经授权，不得转载，侵权必究。 ? 图片源于网络，版权归图片所有者
